Returns & Exchange


We want you to love our clothing as much as we do. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, return it anytime within the 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.


We offer a no-questions-asked return policy. You have 30 days to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Please note all items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached in order to receive a refund. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible. The return shipping is on us – please contact us for your free return label. Free return shipping only applies to full priced items.*

If you received Free Delivery on your order, and decide to return all or part of your order for a refund or an exchange, the actual delivery charge we incurred to send your order will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our shipping costs. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.



You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please note all items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached in order to receive an exchange. We offer one free exchange per order. After that, you will be responsible for return shipping to the warehouse. We will still resend your exchange pair from our warehouse for free.*

1. State whether you would like a refund or exchange.

2. Include your full name and order number in the email.

3. If you would like an exchange, include the changes you would like made to your order.



All orders received on weekdays before 15:00 GMT will be shipped out the same day. The estimated duration of shipping is from the time your order is shipped.Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on the Monday.



When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Tailored Athlete take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or in outbuilding. Please note that unless the parcel has been returned to us by Royal Mail or UPS, a refund/replacement will not be issued.

Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at at least after seven working days have passed from the time your order was despatched. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items) – this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered – This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail website by filling in a signature request form.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.


*International customers are responsible for return shipping.
